Order placement

Once an order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours please email us here or at contactfloreh@gmail.com. Once the order is dispatched a courtesy email confirming shipment will be sent to the email address provided.

If requested on checkout a tracking number will be sent to the email or number provided from the delivery provider. Please be made aware all shipping costs are a standard fee and do not include international custom fees and taxes. All orders placed will be shipped via Royal mail or Parcel force depending on destination and will require a signature upon arrival.

International fees customs & taxes

Please be aware that International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.K) do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.This will be handled by your local courier company.

Delivery times

As all garment orders are made to order please allow approximately 3 weeks to process and deliver your piece of dreams.

Due to nature of made to order craftsmanship please be advised that all sales are final therefore no refunds or exchanges are available.

Due to the nature of the art pieces please allow 2 weeks depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times can vary due to various holiday times.

Returns Policy

All sales of original artwork are final and therefore we do not accept any cancellations, returns or offer any refunds, exchanges or credit.

If by unfortunate circumstances your piece is damaged on travel please contact the delivery service provider with your shipment details as FLOREH are not responsible for any lost or damaged pieces once we have handed it over to the delivery provider. For future reference please do advise us at contactfloreh@gmail.com so that we can be aware of issues that arise with our delivery provider.
